Pleated Window Panels
Hand-pleated cream panels for a bay window that had never had a proper curtain.
- Scope
- Garden flat, north side
- Completed
- 2026
The brief
A north-facing bay that lost all its warmth by four in the afternoon. The panels had to hold light in without darkening the room during the day.
What we made
Triple-pinch pleats, interlined with bump for weight and insulation, hung from a hand-bent brass track that follows the bay.
