— how we work together

Terms & commission conditions

Estimates and acceptance

Estimates are valid for thirty days and are based on the fabric, measurements and scope discussed at consultation. A commission begins when the estimate is accepted in writing and the deposit has cleared.

Deposits and payment

A fifty percent deposit is payable on acceptance and covers fabric purchase and cutting. The balance falls due on completion, before installation or collection. Contract and hospitality projects may be invoiced in agreed stages.

Cancellation

You may cancel before cutting begins and receive your deposit back less any fabric already ordered. Once cloth has been cut, the deposit is non-refundable because bespoke pieces cannot be resold.

Fittings and fit guarantee

Garment commissions include the fittings quoted on the estimate. Missed appointments may extend the delivery date. If the finished garment does not fit as agreed, we will correct it at no charge.

Client-supplied fabric

We are happy to work with fabric you supply, but we cannot warranty its performance, colourfastness or shrinkage, and we cannot replace it if it fails during making. Contract projects must use fabric meeting the relevant fire and durability standards.

Ownership of designs

Sketches, patterns, toiles and scheme drawings remain the intellectual property of Tammy Parker Signature Collection LLC. You own the finished pieces. We may photograph completed work for our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Aftercare and warranty

Making and workmanship are guaranteed for two years in normal domestic use, and twelve months in contract settings. Garments carry lifetime alterations. The warranty does not cover fabric fading, misuse or damage from incorrect cleaning.

Lead times

Quoted lead times are honest estimates and start from the site measure or first fitting. We will tell you promptly if a mill delay or similar affects your date.

These terms form part of every estimate issued by Tammy Parker Signature Collection LLC.
