Privacy policy
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, book a consultation or subscribe to the journal, we collect the details you type into that form: your name, email address, optional phone number, and whatever you tell us about your project. We do not collect payment details through this website.
Why we collect it
Solely to answer you, prepare an estimate, run your commission and — if you subscribed — send the quarterly journal. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become commissions are deleted after twenty-four months. Records relating to completed commissions are kept for seven years for accounting and warranty purposes. Journal subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Who else sees it
Our hosting and database provider stores the information on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Nobody else has access. We may share delivery details with a courier when shipping a finished piece.
Cookies
This website uses only the strictly necessary cookies required to serve pages securely. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the studio and we will respond within thirty days.
