Consultation
We talk through the occasion, the room, or the building. You bring references; we bring honesty about what fabric will actually do.

Measure
Body measurements in the studio, or a site measure with drops, returns and stack-back recorded properly.

Material selection
Swatches go home with you. We weigh handle, drape, light-fastness and cleaning before anything is ordered.

Fitting or install
Garments get a toile and two fittings. Interiors get a prototype and a phased, tidy installation.

Aftercare
Care notes, seasonal cleaning guidance, and alterations or repairs whenever the piece needs them.
